Mon Kotha 2 ("we", "us", or "the app") explains here what information the app handles and why.

Information We Handle

  • Account information: name, email, phone number used for OTP login, Firebase user ID and profile information.
  • Profile content: profile/cover photos, username/public ID and bio.
  • Social/live information: follows, followers, room participation, speaker/seat status, chat messages, notifications, gifts, PK activity, moderation records and agency/host information.
  • Virtual economy information: Diamond balances, gifts, wallet, grants and purchase/transaction records.
  • Live audio when you use an audio live room. Microphone audio is transmitted to the live-room service so participants can hear you.
  • Images you choose to upload for profiles or rooms.

Use

We use this information for authentication, live rooms, audio, chat, gifts, PK, moderation, agency features, notifications, purchase verification, security, fraud prevention and support.

Service Providers

The app uses Firebase/Google services, Google Sign-In, LiveKit, Cloudinary and Google Play Billing for the services described above.

Security and Retention

We use appropriate security controls and retain information as long as needed for service, security, dispute resolution and legitimate legal or regulatory purposes. Data is deleted when an account deletion request is completed except where retention is legitimately required.
